UK CUSTOMERS: UK orders above £50 in value are shipped Next Day Special Delivery free of charge, except where packed weight is over 2kilogram in which case they will be posted via Royal Mail Standard Parcel service. Orders between £35.00 - £49.99 will be upgraded to Next Day Delivery at no additional charge beyond the 1st class postage except where they weight over 2kilograms packed weight, in which case they will be sent via the standard parcel service.
We can't guarantee same day dispatch unless orders are received by 12pm on Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12:00 mid-day will be dispatched by the next following working day. The Next Day delivery service is guaranteed, by Royal Mail, to be delivered by 1pm, the following day after the Post office receives the item except when an item is posted on a Friday. It is then guaranteed to be delivered on Monday. For delivery on a Saturday a premium is charged by the Royal Mail, if you require this service please contact me by phone. The Next Day Delivery service is not available free of charge for items which have a total weight of over 2 kilograms.
LOCAL COLLECTION - We are happy for UK customers in the local area to collect their order to save on postage. For Local Collection please phone us when you have completed your order and we will refund any postage charged when you collect your order
