We are happy to customise any of our jewellery and crystal cascades to your requirements. Any of the hanging crystals are suitable for making into cascades or jewellery items.  We can customise colour, sizing and also customise the beads on any off the shelf or ready to wear designs.

Custom Design and Bespoke Design Infomation

When we receive a request for a custom design or a bespoke service we will phone to confirm the details, go through any options available and agree a price and timescale for dispatch.

The next step will be for all details of the custom design or bespoke design to be listed in the Special Order category and for payment to be made. Once we receive cleared payment work will commence on the custom design.

When the design is completed it will be dispatched and a dispatch notification will be sent out.

Terms and Conditions

• Prices for custom or bespoke designs will be agreed prior to work commencing.
• Dispatch is likely to be between 14 to 21 days for most items but could be longer depending on the work involved. As stated in the information above timescales will be agreed prior to ordering and request for payment.
• Items, which are custom designed or bespoke designed are handmade and therefore by their very nature are subject to slight differences in appearance.
• Custom design or bespoke design orders cannot be cancelled once work has commence and  cannot be returned for a refund once delivered.
• Copyright of all customised designs and bespoke designs remain the property of Sea Witch's Cavern or the individual designer selling through Sea Witch's Cavern.
