Custom Design Infomation

When we receive a request for a custom design we will phone to confirm the details, go through any options available and agree a price and timescale for dispatch.

The next step will be for all details of the custom design to be listed in the Special Order category and for payment to be made. Once we receive cleared payment work will commence on the custom design.

When the design is completed it will be dispatched and a dispatch notification will be sent out.

Terms and Conditions

• On average custom designs will cost 10% more than items on general sale at Sea Witch's Cavern, this is to cover the additional work involved.
• Dispatch is likely to be between 7 to 14 days for most items but could be longer depending on the work involved. As stated in the information above timescales will be agreed prior to ordering and request for payment.
• Items, which are custom design are handmade and therefore by their very nature are subject to slight differences in appearance.
• Custom design orders cannot be cancelled once work has commence and  cannot be returned for a refund once delivered.
• Copyright of all customised designs remain the property of Sea Witch's Cavern or the individual designer selling through Sea Witch's Cavern and no guarantee of complete exclusivtivity can be given to the buyer.
