By placing an Order and purchasing goods from http://www.seawitchscavern.co.uk you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following Conditions.  You should read and understand these Conditions because they affect your rights and liabilities. 

These are the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale of Sea Witch’s Cavern, 6 Terry Ruck Close, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 0XR, web retailer.

Please note that handmade items can vary slightly in size and colour. While every effort is made to represent the products accurately, images shown may vary slightly  from the actual product.

• Payment Processing: Your security is important to us, therefore we use Paypal, the leader in online secure payment, as our payment processor. Via their secure webserver you can pay by debit, credit card or instant bank transfer. Please always keep a copy of payment receipts in case of queries.
• Overseas Customers: We can only accept payment via Paypal from overseas customers and all payments must be made in GBP.
• Customs Fees - Customers are responsible for any customs fees or any other fees charged by government in their respective country in addition to the shipping fee. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed for fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged. Please check customs regulations in your country.
• UK Customers: Can pay by Paypal, cheque or postal order but we do reserve the right to dispatch goods only after cheque payments have cleared, which can take up to 7 working days.
• Stock:  Every effort is made to keep stock level information accurate at all times but in the event of an item being out of stock you will be notified and you be will given a choice of whether you wish to wait for additional stock to be obtained or have a refund.
• Customer Service: Your queries, comments and feedback are important to us and we will reply personally as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours.

SHIPPING

• We ship Worldwide using Royal Mail.
• Shipping is calculated automatically on the weight of the item(s).

• Dispatch - Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment Monday to Friday. A dispatch note will be sent detailing the Royal Mail service used.

RETURNS

At Sea Witch's Cavern we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items

• In the event of any of your purchases being faulty or damaged on arrival we are happy to accept returns and either give you a full refund or send a replacement product.
• Please email us before returning items by clicking here
•  Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging and a certificate of postage or other applicable insurance must be obtained when items are returned. If returned items go missing in the post a refund will not be given, you will have to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

Right to Cancel

If items had tags these must still be attached and goods must be in a clean and saleable condition when returned.  Items  must be returned within 14 days and a certificate of postage, at least, must be obtained when items are returned so that if they get lost in the post you can claim.

If items are over £36 in value then you will need to return them using the Special Delivery service to be insured against loss. The buyer pays return postage.

• You have a cooling off period of 14 days after the date on which you have received the Goods to cancel the Contract, and return the Goods at your cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  During the cooling off period any cancellation must be given by written notice by either party.
  Goods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions.  The original packing must be returned in reasonable condition.
  The right to cancel this contract will not apply in respect of:
  Personlised, Customised Goods or Goods made to your specification
  Audio, video recordings (including DVDs) or computer software you have unsealed

• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us if you cancel your contract to purchase any other items within fourteen days of delivery.  Please email us before returning items by clicking here

• We at Sea Witch’s Cavern are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the SafeBuy Code of Practice.
• We collect information about you in order to process your order and to tailor your visit to our website to be as relevant to you as possible. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfilment of your order. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

• This data will be held in accordance with our internal security policy. If we propose to send your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) we will seek your consent first.

You have a right to ask for a copy of the information which we are holding on you and we will provide this for a small fee. We will delete information or correct any inaccuracies at no charge as soon as you make the request.
• Sea Witch's Cavern uses session cookies to effectively retain items added to your shopping basket as you navigate between pages.  The cookie is a session cookie and will therefore expire after a given period of time or when the visitor leaves the website.
• What is a cookie? A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes a unique identifier that is sent to your computer or mobile phone (referred to here as a "device") browser from a website's computer and is stored on your device's hard drive.
• Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
